Four Points by Sheraton Balikpapan

The location was very convenient, really close to the airport. We were offered a free upgrade and the room was very spacious. Room service was on time and the food was better than expected.

From check in to check out, our stay was absolutely delightful. The room was spacious and clean, and we had a lovely view of the pool. (Please note: the central pool belongs to the private apartments, not the hotel. The hotel's pool is upstairs and is rectangular, still a good size for some relaxing laps) Breakfast was really nicely laid out and had plenty of options for people who wanted continental and for those who wanted something more local and traditional.

Excellent value for money, Two nights bed and breakfast for £106 can't be beaten. Extra for evening meal but still very very reasonably priced.

- The room is very big and cozy. - The bed is so comfortable and wide, suitable for family with children under 5 - The dinner is so delicious, especially the brisket bbq. - The food in breakfast time is also nice, with many of choice, and the important one is clean. But it was quite crowded, many people stay in the hotel, so please beware because we still live in pandemic era. - The staffs are very polite and kind, they welcome us since we check in the hotel.
